I think working on this building the last couple weeks of construction was one of the hardest and most rewarding things I have ever done. We would wait for as soon as a wall had been sanded to paint it. My kids spent hour upon hour in the mini van watching movies and eating snacks - usually with the Wetherington kids. There were a few days they spent 8 hours in the car. They were champs. In the end I can't believe we pulled it off on this time frame but we did!
On occasion we would set up a portable AC in an office and the kids could play on a computer. But usually they were just in the way inside.
