Polka Dot Birthday Party for McKenna Grace

I always ask the kids what kind of cake/party they want for their birthday.  I was thrilled when McKenna thought a polka dot party was what she wanted.  I think she got her first pair of polka dot shoes when she was 2.  Ever since then she has loved anything polka dot. Polka dots are so fun.
We had polka dot food.  I forgot to take a picture of our pizza.  It was pizza with polka dots (pepperoni) and pizza without polka dots (cheese).
I was very excited to do my first two-tiered fondant cake.  And the colors were so fun!
We had polka dot rugs (that I forgot to take a picture of), polka dots on our door
round buckets that we decorated
Floating polka dots :)
And my beautiful polka dot princess
And then our friends began to arrive!  We had two small bounce houses and two small pools to keep cool in!
Time for cake and wishes!
Gift time
What a great party with great friends and family. I love my little girl.  She is so kind hearted, giving... we call her a peace maker.  She wants people around her to be happy.  She loves to laugh and make people around her laugh.  She loves her little brother - they are great buddies.  And she is a great sister to Kourtney.  She loves her friends.  She loves to sing.  She loves to dance and dress up.  She is a princess through and through.  She is a fashionista.  She can be extremely shy.  She knows how to give a funny little look (if you know McKenna, you know the look).  She loves to be in pictures and cocks her head to the side just right.  What a blessing she is to us.  Thank you Lord for my sweet girl (now could you please freeze time?!?)
