This year we had a great Valentine's weekend. Saturday Travis took me out on a date. Then Sunday we hung out at JT and Anne's house with the kids. Monday we invited the Simileys over for a Valentine's Day Party - homeschool style.

Kourtney made the cupcakes almost completely from start to finish. She got out the ingredients, mixed it all, put the papers in the cupcake pan, filled the cupcakes, put them in and out of the oven, I frosted them, and she decorated almost all of them. She had a blast.
Pink mashed potatoes, strawberries, apples, licorice, nuggets with red ketchup... yummy food!
Great time!
