LOST: my camera. If found please CALL ME!!!!!

It happened. I lost my camera.

I took the kids to the park by our "sick house" yesterday and we had a blast. I took lunch and we had a picnic. I took plastic Easter eggs and we had our own little Easter egg hunt. We stayed out there for an hour and a half. I took pictures of the kiddos. So much fun.

Then today as I was unloading and putting things away from being in Homestead all day yesterday I realized I had not seen my camera since the park. I began to panic. I cleaned out my whole car, searched through all of my bags, called and texted people I had seen and houses I had been to. Anne (the most wonderful mother in law a gal could ask for) immediately went over to the park where I was (since I am in the keys today) and even dug through the garbage for me. No camera. She went to the security guards and even the Keys Gate office. No camera.

I have shed some tears today. I got my prized camera in January and have had so much fun with it.

The good thing is that the playground is in a gated community and the president of the community sent out a mass email today to home owners on my behalf. So I am holding out hope that maybe an honest person picked it up and will contact us. Maybe it will even show up somewhere that I have just not looked. But I really don't remember having it anywhere else.

I am so sad tonight. Please pray! God is into the little things of our lives and I know He cares! So for now, any pictures I post will be old ones that just haven't made it to my blog yet. Until the camera is found...

It was at the playground park.

Thanks for the prayers. I know stuff is just stuff. I have really learned that with this whole Chinese drywall thing. I just love photography and hope it shows up!

Glad the HOA is working with you better than the builder...maybe the HOA guy will help find your camera AND get your drywall fixed!
