Home Sweet Home
We have been gone for 3 weeks. That is a long time. We met up with my parents in Lake City this morning to pick up the girls. They were SOOOO happy to see Blake after being away from him for a whole week. Blake was ecstatic too. I love my kids! I can't believe how good it felt to pull into Homestead tonight. We were racing the clock on the way here trying to beat Tropical Storm Fay. We saw 22 utility trucks on our way south. But as I sit here with my power and clear Direct tv signal I think we are going to be just fine! Thank you to Tammy, Erin, and Anne for helping me with things here at the house while we were gone!! 
I have lots of pictures to post as soon as my house is back in order!

I cannot begin to tell you how VERY MUCH we enjoyed being with the girls for almost 3 weeks (and seeing Blake for several days too). We made some great memories together, and for that we are thankful. We realized how very blessed we are to have a daughter who is creative when it comes to helping us see our grandchildren, even though we're "long-distance" grandparents. What fun we had!
