I've never even been to a parade...

...but last weekend I was in one! Our church participated in the Homestead Rodeo Parade. (By the way, that is Kourtney's new "smile" face) The band played on the float while we passed out candy and invite cards. Kourtney and I were dressed in the best cowgirl stuff we could find and the kids all had a great time. Unfortunately Travis was out of town and missed it all, but that's okay... we are the true rednecks at heart. He won't even let me listen to country in the car!
