Biscayne Bay

We had Baptism by the Bay a couple weeks ago. The girls love being outside, although McKenna could do without the beach (just like her mama).
McKenna loved the ice
And Kourtney loved putting it in her daddy's shirt

28 gators, 4 little girls, one bright sun... tons of fun

We took Kourtney, McKenna, Julia, and Sara to Anhinga Trail yesterday in the everglades. The gators were everywhere. We had a great time!

What's going on inside...

The baby at 10 weeks is about an inch long and has toes and fingers . He or she is busy swallowing and kicking. Each day more minute details start to appear, such as fingernails and peach-fuzzy hair. Eyelids fuse shut and irises begin to develop - eye color is also determined by this point. He or she suck their thumb and all body organs are in place. Squints, swallows, moves tongue, makes a fist. The outer ears are starting to assume their final form, and tooth buds are forming as well . The miracle of life is a remarkable thing. This is #3 and I am still amazed.

Cabin in the woods...

We spent a few days at Joe and Mayra's cabin in Ellijay. It was gorgeous. We had such a great time! Too bad Kevin dissed us. :)

The Baby

Travis said to me, "you haven't posted in like a month." My response, "you try keeping up with posts while chasing two toddlers and having morning sickness."

So, here is something cute Kourtney said...

Kourtney: Mom, let's talk about the baby.
Me: Okay, what do you want to talk about?
Kourtney: Well, are we allowed to name it whatever we want?
Me: Yep.
Kourtney: Okay, I want to name it Cinderella.
Me: But what if it's a boy?
Kourtney: (In a silly, you-know-better-than-that-voice) Mom, it won't be a boy. It's gonna be a girl.
Me: It could be a boy or a girl.
Kourtney: No, it's a girl... but if it is a boy we can name him Prince Charming.
